Review cadence
- Rate-sensitive data (deposit rates, loan interest bands, credit card fees): reviewed monthly, and immediately after a policy-rate or tariff change.
- Product structure and features: reviewed quarterly against the institution's current disclosure documents.
- Educational explainers, glossary and academy content: reviewed twice a year, or sooner when regulation or tax rules change.
- Tax and regulatory content: reviewed after each Union Budget and on notification of relevant regulatory circulars.
Who reviews content
Each page has a writer and a separate reviewer. The reviewer checks every figure against a primary source, confirms that the page explains limitations as well as features, and confirms that the language remains educational rather than advisory. Reviewers are part of the research team and are not part of any commercial or partnerships function.
Language standards
Reviewers reject copy that could read as regulated advice. In practice this means:
- No "best for you", "you should invest", "recommended plan" or "guaranteed returns" framing.
- Comparative statements must be attributable to a stated, verifiable metric.
- Popularity signals are described as popularity ("frequently compared", "widely considered"), never as suitability.
- Every product page states limitations and what the reader should research further.
Structure every page must answer
- What is it?
- How does it work?
- Key features
- Benefits
- Limitations
- Who may consider it (in general, descriptive terms)?
- What should users research further?
Publishing review dates
Product pages display a last-updated date and, where a figure has been checked against a primary source, a verification date. If a page has drifted past its review window, it is flagged internally for priority review.
