Our goal
MoneyMust exists to make Indian money products understandable. Every page is built from published product documents rather than marketing claims, so you can see fees, limits, exclusions and returns side by side before you decide anything.
How we collect data
- Primary documents first. Bank and issuer websites, Most Important Terms and Conditions (MITC), policy wordings, Scheme Information Documents and fee schedules.
- Regulator portals. RBI, SEBI, IRDAI and AMFI disclosures for licence status, claim ratios, NAVs and rate circulars.
- Structured extraction. Each product is stored as fields (fee, rate range, tenure, eligibility) so comparisons stay apples-to-apples.
How we verify
Every field carries a source and a verification date. When a value cannot be traced to a published document, we leave it blank instead of estimating. Rates and charges that change frequently are re-checked on a rolling basis, and each product page shows when it was last reviewed.
Category benchmarks
- Insurance: claim settlement ratio, network or hospital coverage, waiting periods and named exclusions.
- Credit cards: reward value per rupee spent, annual fee and its waiver condition, forex markup, and fuel or lounge caps.
- Loans: published interest range, processing fee, prepayment terms and eligibility bands.
- Investments: expense ratio, historical return windows, lock-in and risk labels as disclosed by the fund or scheme.
What we do not do
We do not sell products, and commercial relationships never affect how a product is described or ordered. We do not publish personalised recommendations — comparisons are educational, and the right product depends on your own situation.
MoneyMust is an independent educational and financial research platform. Information published here is for informational and educational purposes only and is not financial, investment, insurance, legal or tax advice.
