Complaints about a financial product or provider
MoneyMust is not a broker, distributor, insurer or lender, so we cannot act on an application, policy, claim or loan account. Those complaints must go to the provider's own grievance officer first. If unresolved, escalate to the relevant regulator's redress mechanism — RBI for banking and lending, IRDAI for insurance, or SEBI for securities and mutual funds.
